1. What's the Turnaround?
Most print-ready files are completed within 2-5 business days. If you need artwork setup or design, we’ll handle it at no extra cost, but turnaround time may be extended. Please request an accurate turnaround time after making your payment.
2. Where are you located?
We're at 8034 Culebra Rd, #114, next to Taco Cabana in the second row of offices. Look for our red signs above the doors.
3. Do you offer rush fees?
Our priority fee ensures your order is expedited once payment is received. While it shortens production time, next-day delivery is not guaranteed and may not apply to all products. Contact us for accurate turnaround details.
4. Can I bring my own shirts?
Yes! We can screen print, DTF, or embroider on customer-supplied garments. While we take every precaution to avoid issues, printing on customer-provided items does carry some risk. In rare cases, a garment may be damaged during production. We are not responsible for replacing customer-supplied items if any issues occur.
